A name with
a taste for life.
Brenda created the name Slivka as part of a connected dairy brand: positioning, name, logo, character and packaging.
Everyday pleasure,
in one word.
The Russian name «Сливка» echoes «сливки» — cream. It brings the brand close to creamy taste while also sounding like the name of a character: Slivka, the cow.
The name becomes the link between what the product tastes like, how the brand feels and who speaks for it.
A name created by Brenda Studio.
One name.
A whole dairy range.
The archived brief called for a Russian umbrella name for a dairy range. It needed to be concise, distinctive and suitable for adults, with room for understated humour.
The brief asked us to move beyond familiar village clichés and overused dairy images. A playful voice was welcome; a childish identity or a narrow youth-culture reference was not.
From product quality
to an emotional idea.
The positioning documents explored naturalness, trust and creamy taste. One direction expressed the brand essence as “accessible everyday pleasure”.
This gave the identity more than a list of product attributes: a warm, light-hearted personality centred on enjoying ordinary moments.
Meet Slivka.
The final concept describes Slivka as “milk as a friend” and introduces a cow of the same name to carry that idea into communication.
The mascot is a grown-up cow who enjoys life. Her relaxed attitude and gentle humour connect the naming, illustration and packaging, rather than making her an unrelated decoration.

Name. Identity. Packaging.
The creamy lettering, friendly cow and consistent blue packaging all develop the same idea. Colour accents identify the products without fragmenting the range.
The original logo, character studies and packaging remain on the linked project pages.
